Get Up Already Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Get Up Already (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of you, the user, and us, the operator.

Article 3 (Service features)

A wake-up alarm that turns off only after you finish a mission (math, shake, steps, or barcode).
Wake records, with a monthly success rate and a streak of days you got up.
You can use the Service without paying a fee. The Service does not contain advertising.

Article 4 (Accounts and data)

You use the Service without an account. Your alarms and wake records are stored only on your device.
If you uninstall the app or change devices, your data is not carried over.

Article 5 (About alarms)

For an alarm to ring on time, your device needs the alarm and notification permissions. An alarm may not ring if you turn the permissions off, or because of your device's power-saving settings, a system error, or the device being turned off.
We are not liable for lateness or other losses caused by an alarm that did not ring. For important appointments, we recommend setting another alarm as well.

Article 6 (Prohibited actions)

Interfering with the normal operation of the Service.

Article 7 (Limits of liability)

We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or device or communications failures.
We cannot recover data stored only on your device if it is lost when you uninstall the app or lose your device.

Article 8 (Changes to these terms)

If we change these terms, we notify you in the app at least 7 days before the changes take effect, or at least 30 days before if the changes are unfavorable to you.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the Service are settled by the court that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
